Cable End Sealing Cap
Insulcap is used seal the ends of all types of Cables & protect from ingress of water / moisture. The caps are manufactured from high quality cross linked polyolefin material. Compatible with most commonly used Cable Jackets i.e. XLPE, PVC, PILC OR Rubber Sheathed Cable.
De gassing End Caps
Insulcap-De-gassing (RV) is Heat Shrinkable End Caps, supplied with Relief Valve (RV) & are used for sealing High Voltage & Extra High Voltage Cables (33 kV & above) to release the constantly evolving gas generated inside the Cable during transportation & storage in hot climate conditions.
Live End Caps
Insulcap-Live (GLEC) are Heat Shrinkable Caps, used to seal the live cables. The caps are manufactured from high quality cross linked polyolefin material. Each core is separately sealed using small end caps. Finally a thick wall outer heat shrink cap is applied marked with a live flash symbol.
PVC Caps
As the major producer of PVC caps in the world, Galathermo has the widest line of caps, plugs, flange covers, and products available. Of course, this broad line of products evolved due to the individual compensation that plugs have over nearly all hard plastic closures.
Conductive End Cap
Gala Conductive End Caps Specially used to protect unused Cable Ends where there are Live Cables in close proximity to this Cable. The Live Cables nearby create an electric field and induce a potential in the unused Cable. The Conductive End Caps and the conductive mastic present inside the Cap neutralize this potential induced in the unused Cables. Additionally, the Conductive End Caps are used to seal the ends of Cables & protect from the ingress of water/moisture like the normal End Caps.
Heat Shrink End Cap with Pressure Valve
Heat Shrink End Caps with Pressure Valve are used for sealing the ends of Telecommunication cables which is always pressurized. The caps are manufactured from High quality Cross-linked Rigid Polyolefin material with special adhesive to withstand the constant high pressure upto 2 bar and high temperature upto 70°C. The function of the Pressure Valve is to allow pressure to apply internally to the cable; thereby helping to create a resistant seal to atmospheric conditions.
