Busbar Sleeve For 66 KV
Bus Tube is heat shrinkable tube designed to insulate busbar systems up to 66KV & to protect against accidental flash-over. The tubes are manufactured from high quality non tracking cross-linked polyolefin material. Meets ANSI C37.20.2 standards for switchgear application up to 66 KV.
Bushing Boots
Bushing Boots are non-tracking elastomeric insulating boots which are used in conjunction with terminations. They fit over the bushings of switchgear, insulating the area between the cable connector in either right angled or straight bushing connections. They are designed to enhance the phase-to-phase and phase-to-earth insulation. The boots can be used up to 25 KV application & protect against flashover or surges induced in switchgear & transformer boxes.
Screened Separable Connector upto 24 kV – 630 A
Gala Screened Separable Connectors and Touch proof terminations are designed to connect single and three core polymeric cables to medium voltage switchgear and other equipment using bushings type “C” specified for 630A upto 24kV. Made of a highly modified EPDM rubber and protected by a touch proof outer conductive screen connected to earth
Supporting a wide application range of Touch proof terminations, the design incorporates one body and stress cone adapters to cover all cross section from 25 – 400 sq.mm. All kits include high-performance multi range compression lugs matching the design of the connector.
Cold Shrink End Cap
Cold Shrink End Cap is used to seal the ends of all types of Cables & protect from ingress of water / moisture. The caps are manufactured from high quality EPDM Rubber compatible with most commonly used Cable Jackets i.e. XLPE, PVC, PILC or Rubber Sheathed Cable.
Gala Cold Shrink End Cap are close ended, tubular rubber end cap that are factory expanded and loaded onto a removable core. When positioned over the end of a cable or other cylindrical object, the core is removed to provide a reliable environmental seal. Different end caps are available to accommodate a wide range of sizes.
